1. Introduction
Welcome to Jennx! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, wallet, and services, including the reward points system known as JX Gold. By accessing or making purchases on Jennx, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Services Provided
Jennx offers digital products, such as gift cards (e.g., Steam Wallet), reload pins (e.g., Touch ‘n Go) .
In-Site Purchases can be made using:
2.1 Your wallet balance.
2.2 Available payment methods.
2.3 JX Gold points as discounts on transactions. Further explanation can refer to section 4.

3. Account Creation and Management
3.1 Users may create an account to access the wallet, track JX Gold points, and past orders.
3.2 If a purchase is made without an existing account, an account will automatically be registered during the checkout. Users will be required to provide the credential information needed during this process.
3.3 Jennx strictly prohibits users from sharing or revealing account information, such as login details, to any third parties.
3.4 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Jennx will not be liable for any activities conducted on your account due to negligence or intentional sharing of login details with third parties.
3.5 Accounts found in violation of these Terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

4. Wallet and JX Gold Points
4.1 Wallet Features
4.1.1 Your wallet is denominated in MYR / RM and linked to your account.
4.1.2 Funds added to the wallet are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4.2 Earning JX Gold
4.2.1 JX Gold is earned at a rate of 1 JX Gold per RM0.001 spent on purchases.
4.2.2 Points are credited to your account upon successful completion of a transaction.
4.2.3 JX Gold can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, with a maximum redemption of 10,000 JX Gold = RM10 per transaction.
4.2.4 JX Gold Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.

5.) JX Wallet

To purchase items on the platform, buyers may acquire JX Wallet from JENNX, which will then be credited to their respective accounts.

All purchases of JX Wallet are final and non-refundable once payment has been made and confirmed, unless otherwise determined by JENNX.

JENNX reserves the right to freeze or debit a user’s JX Wallet balance if any suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected.

The minimum and maximum amount of JX Wallet that may be held in an account shall be subject to regulatory approvals and may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Return and Refund Policy

All sales on Jennx are final.

6.1 Digital products, wallet funds, and redeemed JX Gold discounts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
6.2 Ensure accurate input of purchase details during checkout. Jennx is not responsible for any human-error mistakes.
Ensure that all purchase details are accurately entered during checkout. Jennx is not responsible for errors made by the user, including incorrect input of personal or payment details.

7. Cancellation Policy
All orders placed on Jennx are processed immediately upon successful payment confirmation to ensure prompt delivery of digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order is confirmed.

7.1 Users are responsible for reviewing all order details, including product selection and payment method, prior to finalizing the purchase.

7.2 Jennx reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
• Payment issues, such as declined transactions or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• System errors resulting in incorrect pricing or product details.

7.3 In cases where Jennx cancels an order, users will be notified via email, and any payments made will be refunded to their wallet balance in MYR.
7.4 Orders canceled by Jennx will not result in the loss of JX Gold points, provided the cancellation is not due to user violations.

8. Payments and Discounts

8.1 Payments can be made using your wallet balance or any other payment methods available on Jennx.
8.2 Any Discounts applied using JX Gold are reflected at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.

9. Prohibited Activities / Illegal Behaviours
Please note that users are prohibited from :
9.1 Attempting to manipulate or fraudulently earn JX Gold points.
9.2 Misusing the wallet or engaging in unauthorized transactions.
9.3 Attempting to discover, exploit, or benefit from any system vulnerabilities or errors in the JX Gold or wallet system for personal gain.

Violations of any of the above activities may result in:

a. Immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
b. Forfeiture of JX Gold points and wallet funds involved in the fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
c. Legal action if deemed necessary to protect Jennx and its users from fraud or system abuse.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Jennx website, including the JX Gold point system, is the intellectual property of Jennx. Unauthorized use is prohibited and if violated, legal actions will be enforced.

11. Limitation of Liability
Jennx is not responsible for:
10.1 Errors during checkout caused by the user.
10.2 Unauthorized access to accounts due to negligence.
10.3 Jennx is not responsible for discrepancies in JX Gold balances due to system errors. Any discrepancies will be reviewed and corrected at Jennx’s discretion, but no guarantee of reimbursement is made.

12. Termination of Services
Jennx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activities. Wallet balances, including JX Gold, may be forfeited upon termination.

13. Terms and Conditions Updates
Jennx reserves every right to revise these terms periodically. Notifications of changes will be posted on the website and social medias. Continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
